A 15-year career in retail fashion which involved, buying, marketing and developing products. My final years in the fashion industry involved managing and mentoring young people to achieve their goals in the workplace. I retired to spend time with my children and during this time embarked on a journey of self-discovery and learning.

Four years of general counselling for an NPO dealing with addictions, relationships, family work, depression, anxiety, trauma, and general life obstacles. During this time, I opened a counselling centre at a local high school dealing with adolescents with anxiety, substance use disorders and general life crises.
